Time For Change

We have the Cavern back and the bevin is thriving. We have reconnected with old friends and made a lot of new friends. While we want to open our doors to all who wish to enter I have been recently reminded that the deep city attracts its share of squirrels. Use your instincts, and check with neighbors if you feel a need for other opinions.

URU is no longer limited by GameTap to a few select countries, and the bevin's population reflects that. We have members from Costa Rica and Argentina, so expect to see Spanish spoken in the bevin. Dimitrios is back, of course, and with a collection of very handsome Greek men for whom he has created a Greek speaking bevin. As more people find their way into our bevin welcome them in whatever language you have.

For myself, I am going to retire from the Cavern, leaving the bevin in the care of the senior members (some of who are very young ) Any questions you have for me can be just as easily asked of Inanna. She knows mostly what I think.

And from time to time I will post something here on the forum. I have not left you.

Retirement party???

I stop by the bevin now and then. Most nights it is very quiet, but I am happy to see so many members who carry the bevin's message of help to others. Even though many of us have active second lives we never forget that we started in MOUL, that our first cyber-family was based around the beauty of Myst worlds.

Although I see many of you in SL, that does not mean I do not miss the many other bevin mates who can only be found in the Cavern. While I have left the running of the bevin to the many dedicated members who have picked up where I left off, I still feel a commitment to what I started in MOUL.

Starting next week I will spend part of each Sunday evening in the cavern, 7pm east US time. I realize that it is likely to be very quiet in the bevin itself, so you will probably find me trolling for lost newbs or checking out chat in the city. If you see me on your homies list, please say Shorah and we can chat.

Stopped in Sunday 2/20/2011 to see you... I realize it was later...8:30EST. But, when I went to the Neighborhood I see you were there alot earlier than you mentioned...
