Your participation plans...

I'm curious to know who else is going to try to participate when things are ready. It won't happen soon, there's so much to get from Cyan yet and the other technical items will take time.

For myself, I'm hoping to have one computer that I can use for the open source game. A computer that is expendable.

Also, I'm going to keep creating Ages and stories - with the Friends of the Fissure work. I doubt that I'll ever have enough time to get into the code work, so I'll need to partner up with someone to do the graphics for the Ages. I'll have the written stories, with descriptions, and sketches of the Ages for my partner to go on. I do welcome additional creative input by the graphics creator and others wanting to get involved. Perhaps someone who doesn't have the time or desire to do a full Age on their own, but wouldn't mind giving a little creative touch to someone else.

I'm working on my Age Tahmhehvo still. I've scrapped what I released for the RAD and started over for the most part. I'm hoping to have it released by the time OSMO is released. Tahmhehvo is part of a multi Age story I'm working on.

I also plan to help out over at the Guild of Maintainers with Age testing.

I plan to help run a shard.

I plan to be there whenever it's up and running. Not sure how I will particpate tho, time will tell.

I'm working on an age, not sure when it will be released it's gotten quite big. Meanwhile I've been invited to join the SR team as a concept artist. It's pretty exciting what they have planned for everyone. I can't reveal anything but I'll just say it's really awesome. Can't wait to get back to the cavern and reunite with old friends.

Sorry to have gotten so far out of the loop. My RL concerns have taken over the past two months. Health issues, my son bringing home a friend to live with us (just what I needed -- another unemployed homeless 24 year old ) and a bunch of history writing. One book down and one to finish before May.

However, now that the first book is in the publisher's hands, I can get back to URU for a bit. I will probably need a lot of catching up. Is there new stuff to explore online or are we still just seeing what flymode can do with the solo version?
